As we approach the final quarter of 2024, we are excited to share the latest updates, activities, and achievements from the *World Sikh Chamber of Commerce (WSCC)* community. September has been an eventful month with several milestones that reflect our continued growth and collective commitment to empowering Sikh businesses worldwide.

### **Highlights of the Month:**

#### **1. WSCC Delhi Chapter Dinner Meet**

WSCC Delhi Chapter hosted an engaging dinner meet at the India International Centre, where members from various industries connected over insightful conversations and fostered new business relationships. It was a fantastic opportunity for our members to network in a relaxed setting while enjoying delicious snacks and dinner.

#### **2. Launch of WSCC Gurgaon Chapter President’s Hotel Chain**

Parmeet Singh Chadha, WSCC Global Chairman, attended the launch of Harmeet Singh Arora's new hotel chain in Amritsar. This event showcased the entrepreneurial spirit of WSCC members, marking another major achievement within the WSCC family.

#### **3. Upcoming Tree Plantation Drive**

WSCC Foundation & *Tegh Wealth Creators*, in support of Urban Farmer, organized a tree plantation drive behind the WSCC Secretariat. Members participated enthusiastically, receiving free saplings as part of this green initiative, contributing to environmental sustainability.

#### **4. WSCC Sikh Life Talks – New Season**

The WSCC Sikh Life Talks is back with a new host, *Sdn. Sanmeet Kaur*, who will continue bringing inspiring life stories from WSCC members. If you wish to share your journey, please contact Sanmeet Kaur for participation.

#### **5. Global Sikh Authors & Business Awards – Season 2**

Registrations are now open for *Global Sikh Authors & Business Awards*. This event is a golden opportunity to become a co-author in the prestigious book *Eminent Sikh Personalities of the World* and share your journey with a global audience. The event will be held on *November 30, 2024*, at Bellamonde Hotel, New Delhi.

### **Announcements:**

- **WSCC Management** has appointed *Sdn. Alisha Kaur Grover* as Regional Chapter Coordinator. For any queries about existing and new chapters, feel free to reach out.

- Parmeet Singh Chadha also visited Takhat Sri Patna Sahib, holding discussions with local Sikh representatives about opening a new WSCC chapter in Bihar, expanding the network across India.

Jasleen Kaur Chadha Attends Farewell Ceremony of the High Commissioner of Myanmar

WSCC Pilgrimage Wing Organizes Divine Trip to Gurdwara Sri Hemkunt Sahib

 

 

The **WSCC Pilgrimage Wing** successfully organized a remarkable trip to **Gurdwara Sri Hemkunt Sahib**, led by the esteemed **S. Sanjiv Singh ji**. This spiritual journey witnessed the participation of **81+ sangat** from across India, all coming together to seek blessings and connect with their faith.

**Trip Highlights:**

- **Spiritual Experience**: Participants engaged in prayers and rituals, immersing themselves in the divine ambiance of Gurdwara Sri Hemkunt Sahib.

  

- **Community Bonding**: The trip fostered a sense of unity and camaraderie among the sangat, strengthening the bonds within the Sikh community.
